Tóm tắt	This standard applies to food additive Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids which, used by glycerin, shrinks into polyglycerol or polyglycerol and esterified partly with oils or fatty acids. It may contain a small amount of single, double and three glyceride, free glycerol and polyglycerol, free fatty acid and fatty acid sodium salt. It specifies the technical requirements and testing methods.
