Summary	Pursuant to Article 16.5 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994 (Anti-Dumping Agreement) and Article 25.12 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, Iceland hereby notifies the establishment of the authority competent to initiate and conduct antidumping and countervailing investigations.
