| Summary |
The purpose of this regulation is to establish the technical, administrative and legal provisions framed in the Phyto-zoosanitary Law regarding the registration, import, manufacture, formulation, re-packaging, re-packaging, transport, storage, distribution, sale, sale, use , management, experimentation (research) and export of phytosanitary products. Phytosanitary products for domestic and professional use are excluded from this Regulation.
