Summary	Le présent projet de décret a pour objectif de: réviser le cadre réglementaire pour la bière et les boissons spiritueuses obsolète; définir la bière et les boissons spiritueuses; déterminer les modalités d'étiquetage et de présentation desdits produits; instaurer l'agrément de négoce pour les bières; fixer la durée de validité de l'agrément de négoce des bières et boissons spiritueuses à cinq ans renouvelable à la demande de son titulaire; fixer par arrêté de l'autorité gouvernementale chargée de l'agriculture les caractéristiques de la bière et des boissons spiritueuses ainsi que les dénominations sous lesquelles lesdits produits peuvent être commercialisés et les mentions particulières de leur étiquetage.
