Title	Bill No. 61-22 amending and supplementing the dahir bearing law No. 1-75-292 of September 19, 1977 enacting measures to guarantee domestic animals against contagious diseases
Summary	Preserving the health of Moroccan livestock against contagious animal diseases is mainly based on the health measures put in place by the National Food Safety Office (ONSSA) for monitoring and combating these diseases. In addition, taking into account the diversity of pathogenic agents and the variability of their impact on animal health, a list of contagious diseases giving rise to compulsory notification has been established with a view to standardizing surveillance and control measures. which are applied to them. This list is fixed by the Dahir bearing law No. 1-75-292 of 5 chaoual 1397 (September 19, 1977) enacting measures to guarantee domestic animals against contagious diseases as it has been supplemented and modified.
