| Summary |
The procedure provides for approving the requirements of the production facility for animal feed importation, which has been issued under the Animal Feed Quality Control Act B.E. 2558 (2015):
1. An on-site inspection of the production facility of animal feed derived from animal at the exporting country (Establishment audit):
(A) For a country that has never exported the animal feeds, is required to have a production facility audit and approval prior the exportation;
(B) For the country that previously has exported animal feeds, is required to have a production facility audit and approval prior the exportation.
2. A System audit of the production facility of animal feed derived from animals at the exporting country.
In addition, the animal feeds specified in the Department of Livestock Development notification under the Animal Feed Quality Control Act B.E. 2558 (2015) are required to have a production facility audit and approval prior the exportation. (Annex I)
