The amendment of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation was promulgated on 10 December 2014, 4 February and 16 December 2015. The Enforcement Rules of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation shall be revised accordingly. The key feature of the draft is that the labelling requirements for the imported food and food additives, the food utensils, food containers or packaging and food cleansers.
