Summary	The draft amendment on Article 1-1 of "Enforcement Rules of Feed  Control  Act"  amends  the  maximum  allowable  limits  of dioxin  and  dioxin-like  PCBs (polychlorinated  biphenyls) in  feed  or  feed  additive  according  to  scientific  evidence  and some countries' rules.
