Summary	Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1229 "On Amendments to the Procedure of inspection, survey, phytosanitary examination, supervision, monitoring, disinfection of regulated objects, issuance of certificates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Plant Quarantine", control of inspections in terms of sampling and selective control over the conduct of phytosanitary examination" of 25 October 2024. The Resolution was published on 1 November 2024 and will enter into force on 1 February 2025.
