| Summary |
SAG Resolution No. 1,187 of 2022 is amended as follows:
• Solved first must say:
"It will be accepted as an alternative Additional Declaration, that:
1.2.1. The pest(s) are/are not present in the country of origin, according to the guidelines of ISPM 8 "Determination of the situation of a pest in an area". In order to comply with this Additional Declaration, the country of origin must maintain supporting information and pest records, on which they are based to determine the status of free country, taking into account that these records may be requested by the Service.
1.2.2. The shipment comes from an area free of the pest(s), officially recognized by the Service through an exempt Resolution (Indicate number and year)."
• I resolve second should say:
"Any fungicide product accepted and registered by the NPPO of origin for the control of this pest will be accepted as a treatment against Tilletia indica."
2. This resolution will enter into force once published in the Official Gazette.
