Summary

El proyecto de medida modifica la Resolución Exenta 8.443/2022 para incorporar un punto sobre las materias primas, ampliar las opciones sobre los embalajes y envases, y actualizar la sigla de la Organización Mundial de Sanidad Animal (OMSA) en toda la norma.

La medida original no contempla la posibilidad de que la materia prima utilizada en la elaboración de productos con destino a Chile provenga de un tercer país. Por ello, se incorpora un apartado sobre las materias primas para establecer esta opción bajo las condiciones sanitarias correspondientes.

Asimismo, la medida original no considera la posibilidad de utilizar embalajes o envases que no sean de primer uso. En consecuencia, se amplían las opciones disponibles para los embalajes y envases, permitiendo su uso bajo los requisitos establecidos.
