Summary	The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/536 (6 January 2022) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2246 of 15 November 2022 amending Annexes VIII and IX to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards chronic wasting disease in live cervids (Text with EEA relevance) OJ L 295, 16 November 2022, p. 1.
