Notice - Notification of WTO Members: New GB MRL for flubendiamide amending the GB MRL Statutory Register.
Flubendiamide is not an approved active substance in Great Britain. An application was received by the Health and Safety Executive to set a new Maximum Residue Level (MRL) for teas. Following assessment, the following CXL has been introduced to set an Import Tolerance: Teas (50 mg/kg)

The residue levels arising in food from the notified uses result in consumer exposures below the toxicological reference values and therefore harmful effects on human health are not expected. As the residue levels exceed the current MRL in force, a new MRL is being adopted.
