Title	Details of planned amendments to England, Scotland and Wales (Great Britain) retained legislation (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072)
Summary	G/SPS/N/GBR/39 of 27 July 2023 provided information on proposed updates to pest measures. The decision has been made to no longer deregulate Pseudomonas syringae pv. Persicae as set out in paragraph 1 of box 6 of that notification. Furthermore, the adoption and publication date for all the changes detailed in G/SPS/N/GBR/39 will now be 26th October. No changes will be made to the entry into force dates as originally notified. This addendum concerns a: - Modification of content and/or scope of previously notified draft regulation - Change in proposed date of adoption, publication or date of entry into force
