Summary |
The United Kingdom is removing from use a redundant model health certificate (GBHC672) for the transit or storage of live aquaculture animals, fish eggs and uneviscerated fish intended for human consumption. This removal is necessary to ensure administrative clarity for trading partners, and to remove a potential biosecurity risk if the certificate were to remain in circulation and improperly used to certify live aquatic animals transiting Great Britain. The United Kingdom does not anticipate any adverse trade impacts from the removal of GBHC672, as the United Kingdom is not aware of any trading partners who currently use it.
