Dự thảo Quyết định sửa đổi Các yêu cầu vệ sinh – dịch tễ và vệ sinh chung đối với sản phẩm thuộc diện giám sát (kiểm soát) vệ sinh – dịch tễ, theo đó quy định mức dư lượng tối đa (MRL) đối với cadimi (Cd) trong hạt hướng dương không vượt quá 0,20 mg/kg.
Đồng thời, dự thảo cập nhật các MRL hiện hành đối với cadimi trong một số sản phẩm bánh kẹo cụ thể như sau:
- Halva hướng dương: 0,11 mg/kg;
- Gozinaki hướng dương (bánh kẹo làm từ hạt hướng dương): 0,14 mg/kg.
