The Draft Ministry of Public Health Notification (MOPH) entitled "Food Products that Contain Cannabis or Hemp Parts", previously notified in G/SPS/N/THA/418 dated 15 June 2021, was adopted and published in the Royal Gazette dated 27 August 2021 as Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 429) entitled " Food Products Containing Cannabidiol Extract".
Date of entry into force: This notification shall come into force as from the day following date of its publication in the Government Gazette (28 August 2021).
