Title	Draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Circulation of Cotton Varieties in Ukraine"
Summary	Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Law of Ukraine No 3645 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Circulation of Cotton Varieties in Ukraine" on 23 April 2024. The Law will entry into force on 16 May 2024. The measures specified in the Law will be effective during the period of martial law in Ukraine and until the Law of Ukraine No 3339 "On State Regulation of Genetically Engineered Activities and State Control over Placing GMOs and Genetically Modified Products on the Market" of 23 September 2023 comes into force (that will occur on 16 September 2026 as notified in G/TBT/N/UKR/188/Add.2).
