Summary	This draft national technical regulation prescribes the quality requirements of propagation/planting materials (incl. seedlings) for fruit trees of citrus species (Citrus sinensis) and King mandarin (Citrus nobilis) to use for production by grafting method. This technical regulation will apply to organizations and individuals involve in producing, trading and importing propagation/planting materials of citrus species (Citrus sinensis) and King mandarin (Citrus nobilis)
