Title	The Draft Circular amends and supplements some articles of Circular No. 27/2009/TT-BNN, dated 28 May 2009, stipulating the quarantine of cattle and buffalo from Laos and Cambodia border to Viet Nam
Summary	- Sample (sample will be calculated with 10% minimum expected prevalence). This sample size will be reduced and replaces samples of all cattle and buffalo. - Without vaccination of healthy cattle and buffalo for slaughtering purpose.
