Summary |
This standard is suitable for the food nutritional fortifier fructooligosaccharides. Fructo-oligosaccharides are the mixtures of GFn (n ranging from 2 to 5) obtained from white sugar and cane sugar through the processes of transfructosylation action by a β-fructosidase of Aspergillus niger or Aspergillus, purification and drying etc., or the mixtures of GFn (n ranging from 2 to 7) and Fm (m ranging from 2 to 8) produced from chicory with the processes of partial enzymatic hydrolysis, purification and drying etc.
