Title	Draft joint order of the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests and the Minister of Health and Social Protection amending and supplementing the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture, maritime fishing, rural development and water and forests and the Minister of Health No. 2300-17 of 11 Moharrem 1440 (September 21, 2018) setting the characteristics of efficiency, sophistication and purity of cleaning products and requirements and the conditions for their use in food and animal feed establishments and businesses
Summary	Joint order of the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Waters and Forests and the Minister of Health No. 2300-17 setting the characteristics of efficacy, effectiveness and purity of products of cleaning and specification and the conditions for their use in establishments and businesses in the food sector and the animal feed sector, published in 2018, fixed at the level of its appendix I the list of constituents that can be used in the composition cleaning and prescription products for establishments and companies in the food sector and the animal feed sector. Considering the changes in the registration of new substances to be used at the level cleaning and disinfection products used in livestock farming and the food industry, an update of Order No. 2300-17 is necessary. As part of the approach to simplify procedures in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 55-19 and in order to bring flexibility to the current procedure and speed up the registration of the constituents provided for in Annex I, this draft joint decree proposes regular updating of the said list by the Director General of ONSSA and its publication on the ONSSA website. This draft joint decree also proposes the addition of Pictograms relating to personal protective equipment among the mandatory labeling information.
