Summary |
This draft decree, issued for the application of Law No. 34-18 relating to phytopharmaceutical products, is intended to describe the procedures for setting up the national phytopharmacovigilance plan and the evaluation and investigation of :
1. applications for approval of active substances, safeners and synergists;
2. marketing authorization applications for plant protection products and adjuvants;
3. applications for authorization to carry out experimentation activities for plant protection products and adjuvants;
4. applications for approval for the exercise of manufacturing, repackaging, importing, wholesale distribution, retail distribution of plant protection products and adjuvants as well as the provision of services for their use.
This draft decree sets the composition of the files accompanying the said
requests and the procedures to be followed for the evaluation and instruction of these requests as well as the decisions likely to be taken in the light of the results and conclusions of these evaluations and instructions. It also sets the grounds for withdrawal of the approvals, authorizations and approvals granted pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. 34-18 and its implementing texts.
On the other hand, it lays down the methods of control of the authorized agents of ONSSA (Morocco) to seek and note the infringements during the importation, the manufacture, the repackaging, the distribution, the sale, the putting on sale and the possession of plant protection products and adjuvants and during the exercise of the activities relating to them.
