Summary	This Code applies to the primary production and post-harvest handling  of  milk  from  cattle,  buffalo  and  goat  intended  for  further  processing.  The purpose  of  this  Code  is  to  provide  guidance  for  the  hygienic  production,  collection,  and handling of milk, to ensure that the milk is safe and suitable for further processing.
