Title	National Technical Regulation: Animal Feed Mills - Conditions for Food Safety, Veterinary Hygiene and Protect Environmental Protection
Summary	This regulation sets the sanitary conditions to ensure food safety, veterinary and sanitary environment protection of facilities for feed production. 1. Requirements on facilities:  location; design of workshops; factory structure; equipment; yard area and internal paths; storage system, power supply systems, water; ventilation system; waste treatment system. 2. Requirements in production:  Feed material; requirements on the production process; product requirements; quality control system. 3. Requirements on staff:  Health of production line-staff, knowledge of food hygiene and safety. 4. Hygiene requirements:  Personal hygiene; factories and sanitation and hygiene facilities programme.
