The purpose of this draft Resolution is to establish the requirements for the registration with the ICA of establishments producing aquatic animals for breeding or human consumption for export.
SCOPE. It shall apply to all natural or legal persons engaged in the production of aquatic animals for breeding or human consumption for export, within the national territory.
ADDITIONAL ARTICLE. Species of ornamental aquatic animals for export are excluded from the scope of this standard.
