Title	Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) of the Republic of Indonesia No. 16 Year 2024 concerning Authority of Guidance and to Control in the Framework of Issuing Quality and Safety Assurance Certificates of fishery products issue in Indonesia
Summary	This regulation has stipulated that the Marine and Fisheries Quality Assurance Agency/MFQAA (as the Competent Authority responsible for the quality and safety of fish and fisheries products in Indonesia as previously notified WTO G/SPS/N/IDN/147 dated 5 December 2023) has the authority to conduct Inspection and certification as well as official control of quality and safety of fish and fishery products from upstream to downstream level in following the certification scheme of the fishery sector in Indonesia as the baseline to issue Certificate of Quality and Safety Assurance for Fish and Fishery Product by MFQAA. The Certificate consists of: 1. Good Handling Practices (including onboard fishing vessels) 2. Good Hatchery Practices 3. Good Aquaculture Practices 4. Good Fish-Feed Production Practices 5. Good Fish-Drugs Production Practices 6. Good Fish-Drugs Distribution Practices . Good Manufacturing Practices 8. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point/HACCP (including onboard fishing vessel) 9. Good Fish/Fishery Product Distribution Practices
