Summary	ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE: To establish requirements for the registration of manufacturers, formulators, packagers, importers and distributors of fertilizers, soil conditioners and related products for agricultural and garden use, as well as the registration of these products. ARTICLE 2 - SCOPE: The provisions set out in this Resolution will apply to all natural and legal persons that manufacture, formulate, pack, import and/or distribute fertilizers, soil conditioners and related products for agricultural and garden use in the national territory. ADDITIONAL ARTICLE: The provisions of this Resolution do not apply to the activity of biopreparations or the registration thereof.
