Summary	Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/627 lays down uniform practical arrangements for the performance of official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption. The draft proposes more risk-based post-mortem arrangements in slaughterhouses, amends the health mark, introduces verification of food chain information in case of ungulates and ratites slaughtered outside the slaughterhouse and aligns references to animal health law.
