Summary	The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/847 (29 April 2025) is now adopted by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1908 of 24 September 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 37/2010 as regards the classification of the substance fluralaner with respect to its maximum residue limit in foodstuffs of animal origin (Text with EEA relevance)  This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
