Summary	The  Department  of  Food  Technology  and  Quality  Control, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Nepal, has proposed a standard for Gundruk. This quality standard will apply to Gundruk produced for human consumption and prepared for sale and distribution purposes.Gundruk is a traditional indigenous food of Nepal, and the Codex Alimentarius Commission has not yet developed a standard for Gundruk.
