Summary |
- To address the need of having regulatory limits for keeping ready-to-eat and frozen food for sale to the public at a temperature range that would ensure their safety by preventing the multiplication of pathogenic microorganisms or formation of toxins;
- To prevent temperature abuse during handling and transporting of high risk foods hence preventing spoilage and preserving the quality and integrity of these food.
