Title	Draft Circular amending and supplementing certain contents of the List of products and goods subject to medium and high risk under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, promulgated together with Circular No. 27/2026/TT-BNNMT dated 30 June 2026.
Summary	The draft Circular amends entries 4.1, 4.3 and 5.2 of Appendix I to  Circular  No.  27/2026/TT-BNNMT,  and  adds  entry  2  to  Appendix  II.  It  updates  the classification  and  quality-management  requirements  for  pharmaceutical  veterinary  drugs, veterinary  vaccines  and  aquatic  feed  subject  to  medium  risk,  and  for  veterinary  drugs containing narcotic substances and live attenuated veterinary vaccines subject to high risk. It   specifies   the   applicable   national   technical   regulations,   testing   and   conformity-assessment   routes,   and   conformity-declaration   requirements,   including   methods   for domestic and imported aquatic feed.
