Title	Draft of Circular promulgating the List of permitted plant protection products and the List of banned plant protection products in Vietnam.
Summary	Draft of Circular promulgating the List of permitted plant protection products and List of banned plant protection products in Vietnam in 2026.   Circular including three parts: Draft of Circular, Annex 1 (List of permitted plant protection products in Vietnam) and Annex 2 (List of banned plant protection products in Vietnam).   This Circular adds 04 new plant protection active ingredients (Tiorantraniliprole, Fenmezoditiaz, Flufenoximacil and Tanin) to Annex 1 at the request of pesticide registration organizations or individuals in 2026. In addition, this Circular includes several new plant protection products containing existing active ingredients and mixtures that are already included in the list.
