Summary	The draft decree shall amend and supplement some articles of Decree No. 38/2012/NÐ-CP dated 25 April 2012 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on food safety, including new imported products eligible for exemption from food safety inspection and admendment of state management responsibilities on food safety.
Product	Food belonging to the responsibility of the Ministry of Health, including food additives, substances assisting food processing, bottled water, mineral water functional food and other kind of food belonging to the responsibility of the Ministry of Health in accordance with the Government's regulations
