Summary	The draft decree shall amend and supplement some articles of Decree No. 38/2012/NÐ-CP dated 25 April 2012 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on food safety, including new imported products eligible for exemption from food safety inspection and admendment of state management responsibilities on food safety.
