Resolution No. 7,675 of 2016 is modified, replacing resolution No. 2 thereof, with the following:
"It will be accepted for each seed species specified in resolution No. 1 of this Resolution as an alternative Additional Declaration, that the pest/s are not present in the country of origin. However, in the case of the pest Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV) cannot be certified as an alternative Additional Declaration, that the pest is not present in the country of origin, certification being mandatory through sampling and official laboratory analysis.
