Summary	ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE. To regulate procedures and requirements for the registration of products, producers, contract producers, semi-processors and importers of cosmetics containing seed, seed derivatives, plant components and non-psychoactive derivatives of cannabis, and magistral preparations and pharmaceutical products (phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines) for veterinary use containing psychoactive and non-psychoactive cannabis. ARTICLE 2. SCOPE. The provisions set out in this resolution shall apply throughout national territory to all natural or legal persons that produce, produce by contract, semiprocess or import cosmetics containing seed, seed derivatives, plant components and non-psychoactive derivatives of cannabis, and magistral preparations and pharmaceutical products (phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines) for veterinary use containing psychoactive and non-psychoactive cannabis.
