Summary |
The CXLs for the following active substances have been adopted for a range of commodities, having been assessed as meeting the UK's appropriate level of protection: acetamiprid, bixafen, clofentezine, clothianidin, cyprodinil, fenhexamid, fenpicoxamid, fenpyroximate, flutianil, isoprothiolane, mandipropamid, methoxyfenozide, pendimethalin, prothioconazole, pyrasulfotole, pyraziflumid, quinoxyfen, spinetoram, spiropidion, thiamethoxam and trinexapac-ethyl.
The Evaluation Report/ Reasoned Opinion supporting the new MRLs is available at the following link. A complete list of the new or raised MRLs is available on pages 143-151: Codex MRLs: GB Codex MRLs list (hse.gov.uk)
The residue levels arising in food and feed from the notified uses result in consumer exposures below the toxicological reference values and therefore harmful effects on human health are not expected. As the residue levels exceed the current MRLs in force, new MRLs have been adopted.
