Title	Update of the Phytosanitary Certificate by current acronym of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, and SENASA logo
Summary	To avoid any disruption to trade, Peru is notifying its trading partners of an updated format for phytosanitary certificates. As a result of the creation of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation - MIDAGRI, replacing the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation - MINAGRI; the official documents issued will have slight changes compared to the current ones. The variations are referred to the current acronym: MIDAGRI and the SENASA logo. Likewise, the new format of Phytosanitary Certificate - CF will be issued from August 23, 2021. It is important to note that any CF reissued from that date on will also be under the updated format, even if the certificate it replaces was featured on the previous model. SENASA emphasizes that the current model continues to follow the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures and that the other characteristics and safety devices of the FC are maintained. Additionally, as a security measure, the CF issued by SENASA can be verified through the following link: https://servicios.senasa.gob.pe/verify/.
