Summary	This  addendum  is  to  inform  WTO  Members  that as  Decree  No.  15/2018/ND-CP  dated 2 February 2018  of  the  Government  on  elaboration  of  some  articles  of  the  Law  of  Food  Safety came into force on 2 February 2018, the following circular is declared to be invalid:  -  Circular  on  guidance  of  food  safety  control  for  imported  foodstuffs  of  plant  origin  in  Viet  Nam (Circular  Ref.  12/2015/TT-BNNPTNT  dated  16  March  2015),  issued  and  notified  on  30  June  2010 under notification G/SPS/N/VNM/20.
