Title	Draft Decree providing regulation on quarantine of aquatic animals and fishery products
Summary	The draft Decree provides guidance on the implementation of para. 3 Article 53 of the Veterinary Law of Viet Nam (Code 79/2015/QH13) on quarantine of aquatic animals and fishery products. This decree applies to all international and domestic organizations and individuals carrying out activities in the field of aquatic animals and fishery products which are related to: - production, trading, inter-province transportation; - exporting, importing, temporary import for re-export, temporary export for reimport; and - re-transfer to different border gates, bonded warehouse, and transit through the territory of Viet Nam.
