Title	Circular on provisions for the issuing, renewal and revocation of certificates for genetically modified plants and products derived from genetically modified plants to be used as animal feed
Summary	The draft circular stipulates the requirements and procedures for the issuing, renewal and revocation of certificates on eligible genetically modified plants and products thereof used as animal feed. The draft applies to domestic and international organizations, households and individuals carrying out activities of, or related to, issuing, renewal and revocation of a certificate for genetically modified plants and products thereof that can be used as animal feed in the territory of Viet Nam. The Circular includes five Chapters, 23 Articles and 12 Annexes.
