This directive provides a single compilation of other sources of existing requirements for ease of reference and one new requirement for a Phytosanitary Certificate for all fresh cut flowers from South Africa. Please note that third countries wishing to re-export fresh cut flowers from South Africa will also be required to issue a Phytosanitary Certificate for this material
