Tóm tắt	The purpose of this draft is to update the phytosanitary requirements for Corylus spp. seeds from any origin, as established in Resolutions No. 3305/2003, which 'Establishes import requirements for fruit tree seeds from any origin except the United States', No. 3306/2003, which 'Establishes import requirements for fruit tree seeds from the United States', and No. 707/2005, which 'Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the entry of forest species seeds', consolidating them into a single legal instrument and, at the same time, eliminating the post-entry quarantine requirement for this product.
