Tóm tắt	Plant regulated articles entered or stored in the free trade zone must  be  in  compliance  with  the  "Regulations  of  Quarantine  Operation  for  Plant  Regulated Articles  Entered  and  Stored  in  the  Free  Trade  Zone"  (hereinafter  referred  to  as  the Regulations)  which  was  published  on  11  June 2015,  based  on  Paragraph  4,  Article  17  of the "Plant Protection and Quarantine Act" (hereinafter referred to as the Act). Paragraph 4, Article  17  of  the  Act  was  amended  as  Paragraph  5.  Therefore,  Articles  1  and  3  of  the Regulations  need  to  be  revised.  The  related  procedures  and  measures  for  the  plant regulated articles in practice remain the same.
