Tóm tắt	The  Republic  of  Korea  is  proposing  to  amend  the  "Enforcement Rule  of  the  Special  Act  on  Imported  Food  Safety  Control".  The  amendment  includes  the following: -  The  information  of  imported  food,  etc.  that  the  result  of  inspection  is  appropriate  is available on the website of MFDS; -  The  documents  required  for  a  declarer  of  imported  food,  etc.  to  ensure  the  safety  of products  in  the  process  of  customs  clearance  are  simplified  and  the  legal  basis  is clarified; -  The  facility  standard  for  the  business  of  online  purchasing  of  imported  food,  etc.  by proxy is mitigated so that it can conduct business without independent office.
