Tóm tắt	This standard applies to food additive oxystearin obtained from hydrogenated oils by melting, decoloring, heating and filtering. Food additive oxystearin is a mixture of partial oxidation of stearic acid and other fatty acid glyceride. It specifies the technical requirements and testing methods for food additive oxystearin.
