Tóm tắt	This draft regulation is implementation of Article 63 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 82/2000 concerning Animal Quarantine. This draft regulation is stipulated as an effort of the implementation of procedures for delivery and quarantine measures against the carrier of animal quarantine pest and diseases which are transported through the postal providers. The scope of the draft regulation includes: 1. Quarantine requirements for export, import and inter area of the carrier of animal quarantine pest and diseases; 2. Responsibilities and obligations; 3. Implementation places for quarantine measures; 4. Quarantine measures; 5. Other provisions.
