Establish inspection standards and scope for imported fishery products by specifying: - Fishery products subject to document review; standards and methods of on-site inspection; indication and management of fishery products subject to focused control; 2. Establish inspection and import declaration procedure varied by fishery item and end-uses of fish by specifying: - Inspection and import declaration procedure for returned fishery products; fishery products for attracting foreign currency and puffer fish; specified fishery products which special animal medicine applied; 3. Establish verifying methods of weight, item, and labelling standards and corrective actions; 4. Establish scope to decide test results of imported fishery products by specifying: - Determination of partly perished or metal detected fishery products or the products mixed with different items; establishment and management of the Inspection; and Determination Committee on imported fishery products.
