Tóm tắt	The law regulates the relations connected with identification of animals, the accuracy of accounting and maintaining the state reporting on the movement of the identified animals, establishes the basic principles of the organization and carries out work on identification of animals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. The maintaining state accountability of a livestock of animals on the basis of identification allows to provide fuller coverage with their preventive inoculations and diagnostic testings, and also controls the movement of animals and animal origin products, to reveal sources of developing diseases and to prevent their distribution. The identification of animals increases the efficiency of controlling the exporting and importing of cattle, birds and according veterinary and sanitary protection to the territory of the Republic.
